Within Natural HR, it is possible to upload Reminders in Bulk as an Administrator or HR User.
To access the bulk upload point, you should go to:
Administration > Company > Bulk upload
Under 'Non core data’, you should see the Reminders' icon.
Once you click on the icon you will be presented with another page like below.
Employee Field - This field is used to identify which employee you are uploading the reminder for. You have the option to select System ID, Employee name, or even Works ID.
CSV file to upload
This is where you will load your CSV when it is ready to upload. Press browse and select the CSV file.
Download help file and instructions
This option will download our bulk upload help file. This includes instructions on how to use each bulk upload and lets you know which columns are mandatory and which are optional, it's important to look at the relevant help file before performing a bulk upload so you can get it right the first time.
Download CSV Model
The second option downloads an example template for you to use for the bulk upload with all the headers needed for the bulk upload to be successful.
Editing your CSV
When you download your sample CSV file it will look like this:
Employee: The employee who this reminder relates to Must contain the employee’s name Mandatory.
Title: The title or name of this reminder Can Contain letters and/or numbers Mandatory.
Due date: The date on which this reminder is due Should be entered in dd/mm/yyyy format Mandatory.
Send reminder: The date for the system to send the reminder Should be entered in dd/mm/yyyy format Mandatory.
Comments General comments relating to this reminder Can contain letters and/or numbers Optional.
Access level: Defines who will receive the reminder. Valid options include numerical values, 1-9. Mandatory.
1 = Administrators only
2 = HR only
3 = Manager only
4 = Administrators and HR only
5 = Administrators and Manager only
6 = HR and Manager only
7 = Administrators, HR and Manager
8 = Finance users only
9 = Finance notification email only
