We have added functionality to the Planner which will allow you to see details of time off records directly from the planner removing the need for you to navigate to the Time off section to see more information.
You can hover over dates to see what each of the entries on the planner relates to. In addition to this you can also now click on any time off entry to see more details. Note : This functionality is only available for time off entries.
You will be presented with a slimmed down version of the time off modal you are used to seeing when requesting/viewing your own time off records. This will be read only.
Employees are able to see this additional information for their own time off records, but not for colleagues.
Managers, HR Users & Admins are able to see this additional information for the employees whose time off records they can access (e.g. managers can see this information for the
employees within their team).
