Contractors Access By User
By default, only HR and Admin access level users are able to access the Natural HR Contractors module by going to
People > Contractors
which allows them to carry out the following with/on Contractors records
- Add
- Delete
- Archive
- View
- Edit
- Upload documents
- Add notes
You can also give other user levels access to the Contractors module by going to
People > Users
Find the employee (we recommend using the search bar at the top of the table) then click Actions -> Edit. In the 'Permissions' section, check the 'Contractors permissions' check box. By ticking this box, this user will have full access to the contractors module and all the Information held within - no restrictions will be applied including any permissions such as being able to add, edit, view and so on.
After clicking on 'Submit' to save the changes, the user given 'Contractors permissions' will have the same access to Contractors as admin and HR users.
